To maintain elite service consistency, our on-site property operations are conducted strictly during premium daytime windows, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday operations are exclusively reserved for pre-scheduled, high-priority Short-Term Rental (STR/Airbnb) daytime turnovers to sync seamlessly with guest check-in/out schedules.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. In the event of severe Ontario weather or regional emergencies, rescheduling will be proactively facilitated within 5 to 7 business days to protect the safety of our team and the integrity of our corporate schedule.

No. To ensure strict compliance with WHMIS safety protocols and to maintain our signature luxury standard, Dirt Defy Inc. provides all commercial-grade equipment, specialized tools, and professional cleaning solutions required for your service.

Clients must provide dependable access via a secure on-site lockbox, digital keypad, or a master key prior to our arrival. Additionally, for the safety of our team under workplace environmental standards, properties must maintain a regulated interior temperature between 18°C and 24°C during our service window. Fully functioning electricity and running water must also be active.

Yes. To protect the physical health and safety of our specialists, Dirt Defy Inc. enforces strict liability exclusions. We do not lift or move objects weighing over 40 lbs (appliances must be rolled out by the client prior to arrival). We are also prohibited from climbing higher than a standard company-provided 3-step ladder. Additionally, we explicitly exclude the remediation of severe biohazards, active mold, hoarding conditions, or pest infestations

All invoices are generated digitally and are due immediately upon service completion. For maximum security and seamless convenience, all transactions, deposits, and recurring blocks are processed directly through our secure Wix website platform.
